Customizing Your Inquira Labs Instance

Inquira Labs provides a range of customization options to help you tailor the look and feel of your instance, aligning it perfectly with your brand and identity.

Appearance Settings Page

The Appearance Settings page offers a comprehensive overview of all customization options available in Inquira Labs. You can adjust various visual elements to make the platform truly yours.

Custom Logo

Replace the default Inquira Labs logo with your own brand’s logo to reinforce your identity. This logo will appear on the login page and throughout the application. For example, you could use your company’s logo or a stylized brand mark to make the interface more familiar to your users.

Custom Welcome Messages

When users first log in and haven’t selected a workspace, they’ll see default system messages. You can personalize these by using the System Messages settings. Simulate both system and user response messages to:

• Greet your users with a branded welcome message.
• Provide instructions or context for specific workspaces.
• Enhance onboarding by setting a friendly and informative tone.

Custom Footer Links and Icons

The footer icons and links in your instance can also be customized. Add quick access to important resources such as:

• Your company’s homepage.
• User guides or FAQs.
• Support portals or contact pages.

This feature allows you to provide tailored resources and enhance navigation for your users.
